Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, the Fountain bamboo (Fargesia robusta) is a decorative design element in the garden. In addition to its upright and clump-forming shape, its special feature is that it does not need a rhizome barrier! Semi-shady, wind-protected locations are preferred. Under favourable conditions, this hardy bamboo reaches a height of approx. 6 m and grows up to 4 m wide.
