Care
- Scale insects are best controlled with a soap and spirits solution. Spider mites can often simply be showered off over the tub.
- Over time, the soil loses some of its important properties. The plants should therefore be transplanted into a larger pot with fresh potted plant soil every two years in spring.
- As soon as temperatures no longer fall below 5°C, even at night, this plant can also be taken outside. A shower with lukewarm water will remove dust and revitalise your favourite. A semi-shady spot without direct sunlight is best to prevent leaf damage. If necessary, the plant can also be repotted outdoors in spring, which saves cleaning work indoors.
