Description
With its dark green leaf colouring, Blau-Schwingel 'Sunrise' (Festuca glauca) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its cushion-forming growth. The brown flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with sandy, loamy soil that is as well-drained as possible. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 75 cm and grows up to 30 cm wide.
