Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, the Creeping fescue grass (Festuca rubra) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also adorns containers on balconies or terraces with its clump-forming growth. The brown-purple coloured flower plumes adorn this grass from spring onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
