Description
The Common fig 'Brogiotto Nero' (Ficus carica) produces purple, juicy fruits. They are pear-shaped or round and have a sweet, aromatic flavour. Well-drained, loamy, slightly acidic soil and a sunny location create the ideal conditions for a high-yield harvest from August. With its shrub-like growth, the Common fig 'Brogiotto Nero' grows to around 4 metres high and 4 metres wide.
