Description
The Common fig 'Goutte d´Or' (Ficus carica) produces yellow-red, white fruits. They are pear-shaped and have a sweet, aromatic flavour. Well-drained, loamy, slightly acidic soil and a sunny location create the ideal conditions for a high-yield harvest from September onwards. With its shrub-like growth, the Common fig 'Goutte d´Or' grows to around 4 metres high and 4 metres wide.

Common fig 'Goutte d´Or' is a small tree. It usually reaches a height of 3 - 4 m and is approx. 3 - 4 m wide. As a rule, it grows 20 - 40 cm per year.

Preferred location in a sunny position.
