Description
The Border Forsythia 'Spectabilis' (Forsythia x intermedia) is an overhanging, picturesque shrub that produces dark yellow flowers arranged in panicles. They appear from April to May. The Border Forsythia 'Spectabilis' also has lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 3 metres and grows to a width of approx. 3 metres.
