Description
The Manna ash 'Obelisk' (Fraxinus ornus) is a columnar small tree that produces creamy white flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from May to June. These produce brown fruits from September. They exude a pleasant fragrance. The Manna ash 'Obelisk' also has pinnate, medium green leaves. Its bark is grey and smooth. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres.
