The Water avens 'Flames of Passion'® (Geum rivale) is an upright, clump-forming, winter-green perennial that produces red, cup-shaped flowers from April to June. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Water avens 'Flames of Passion'® is well tolerant of frost.
