Description
The Maidenhair tree 'Mariken' (Ginkgo biloba) is a small shrub that grows spherically and usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and a width of around 2 metres. Its fan-shaped, matt, leathery leaves have a medium green colour. They turn a beautiful yellow in autumn. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers humus-rich, nutrient-rich, sandy soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
