The Honey locust 'Sunburst' (Gleditsia triacanthos) is an upright, loose small tree that produces creamy white flowers arranged in clusters with a pleasant fragrance. They appear in June. The Honey locust 'Sunburst' also has pinnate, light green leaves. The golden-yellow shoots are also an interesting sight. Its bark is grey-green and smooth.
