Description
The Sweet tea vine (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a climbing, rhizome-forming, slender, winter-green perennial that forms green-white flowers from July to August. Decorative, black leaves develop from the flowers. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 2 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm.
