Description
The Baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata) is a bushy, broad, loose perennial that forms white or pink-coloured flowers arranged in panicles from June to August. Its lanceolate leaves are grey-green. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous, dry soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 70 cm. The Baby's breath is well tolerant of frost.
