Description
With its dark green, yellow leaf colouring, the Japanese forest grass 'All Gold' (Hakonechloa macra) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its bushy and broad growth. The green flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
