Description
The Witch hazel 'Birgit' (Hamamelis x intermedia) is an upright shrub that produces dark red flowers with a light fragrance. They appear from February to April. The Witch hazel 'Birgit' also has roundish, green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 3 metres and grows to a width of approx. 2.5 metres.
