Description
The Witch hazel 'Orange Peel' (Hamamelis x intermedia) is an upright, funnel-shaped, tight, large shrub that produces orange-yellow flowers with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from December to January. The Witch hazel 'Orange Peel' also has egg-shaped, green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 2.2 metres and grows to a width of approx. 1.6 metres.
