Description
The Hebe 'Wiri Joy' (Hebe pinguifolia) is a compact, broad, evergreen garden plant with decorative, lance-shaped, dark green leaves. It also produces pink flowers from June to July. In a sunny to semi-shaded, sheltered position with well-drained, calcareous, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 80 cm.

This helps the plant to survive periods of drought.
