Description
The Persian ivy 'Sulphur Heart' (Hedera colchica) is a climbing, creeping garden plant with decorative, black, round fruits. It produces creamy white or yellow-green, ball-shaped flowers arranged in umbels in September. The Persian ivy 'Sulphur Heart' also has leathery, egg-shaped, heart-shaped, dark green, light yellow veined leaves. In a semi-shady to shady location with humusy, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to a width of around 4 metres.
