Description
The Sunflower 'Lemon Queen' (Helianthus microcephalus) is an upright, loose perennial that produces lemon-yellow, basket-shaped flowers from September to October. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.6 m and grows to a width of approx. 70 cm. The Sunflower 'Lemon Queen' is well tolerant of frost.
