Description
The Sonnenauge 'Variegata' (Heliopsis helianthoides) is a bushy, upright perennial with decorative, egg-shaped, serrated, green-white leaves. It bears yellow flowers from August to October. In a sunny location with well-drained, sandy, dry soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.8 metres and grows to a width of approx. 1.6 metres. The Sonnenauge 'Variegata' is well tolerant of frost.
