Description
The Hellebore (Helleborus multifidus subsp. bocconei) is an upright, winter-green perennial that produces light green, cupped flowers with a light fragrance from January to March. Its fingered leaves are dark green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows to a width of approx. 40 cm. The Hellebore is well tolerant of frost.
