Description
The Long yellow day lily (Hemerocallis citrina) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces lemon-yellow, funnel-shaped flowers with a strong fragrance from June to July. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 12 cm and grows to a width of approx. 70 cm. The Long yellow day lily is well tolerant of frost.
