Description
The Common orange day lily 'Kwanso' (Hemerocallis fulva) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces copper-orange, funnel-shaped flowers from July to August. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 70 cm. The Common orange day lily 'Kwanso' is well tolerant of frost.
