Description
The Seven son flower of Zhejiang 'Tianshan' (Heptacodium miconioides) is an upright, multi-stemmed large shrub with decorative, purple-red fruits. These exude a strong fragrance. It produces creamy white flowers arranged in panicles from August to September. The Seven son flower of Zhejiang 'Tianshan' also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and is around 3 metres wide.
