Description
The Sea buckthorn 'Frugana' (Hippophae rhamnoides) is an upright, loose, large shrub that produces green-brown flowers. They appear from March to April. These produce orange-coloured, oval fruits from August. The Sea buckthorn 'Frugana' also has lanceolate, grey-green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 5 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
