Description
The Siebold's plantain lily 'Carnival' (Hosta sieboldiana) is a clump-forming perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, whole-margined, dark green leaves with yellow edges. It bears purple-coloured flowers from July to August. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm. The Siebold's plantain lily 'Carnival' is well tolerant of frost.
