Description
The Plantain lily 'Aureomarginata' (Hosta x fortunei) is an upright, bushy, broad perennial with decorative, lanceolate, whole-margined, dark green leaves with yellow edges. It bears purple-coloured flowers from July to August. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm. The Plantain lily 'Aureomarginata' is well tolerant of frost.
