Description
The Plantain lily 'Sting' (Hosta) is a clump-forming perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, whole-margined, dark green leaves with a white centre. It bears purple-coloured flowers from July to August. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 35 cm and grows to a width of approx. 70 cm. The Plantain lily 'Sting' is well tolerant of frost.
