The Common hydrangea 'Purple Punk'® (Hydrangea macrophylla) is a bushy, broad small shrub that produces purple-red, cupped flowers arranged in umbels. They appear from June to September. The Common hydrangea 'Purple Punk'® also has egg-shaped, medium-green leaves. In a semi-shady location with humus-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and is approx. 1 m wide.
