Description
The Japanese holly 'Convexa' (Ilex crenata) is an upright, dense shrub with decorative, black, round fruits that stay on for a very long time. It produces creamy white flowers from May to June. The Japanese holly 'Convexa' also has roundish, medium green leaves. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and grows to around 2 metres wide.
