Description
The Japanese holly 'Stokes' (Ilex crenata) is a roundish small shrub with decorative, black fruits that stay on for a very long time. It produces creamy white flowers from May to June. The Japanese holly 'Stokes' also has shiny, roundish, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, loose, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 70 cm wide.
