Description
The Blue holly 'Blue Maid' (Ilex meserveae) is a conical, upright large shrub with decorative, red fruits. It produces white flowers in May. The Blue holly 'Blue Maid' also has lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
