Description
The Himalayan indigo 'Gerardiana' (Indigofera heterantha) is a shrub-like shrub that produces purple-coloured flowers arranged in clusters. They appear from July to October. The Himalayan indigo 'Gerardiana' also has pinnate, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and grows to around 1 metre wide.
