The Himalayan indigo 'Silk Road' (Indigofera himalayensis) is an overhanging garden plant that produces pink flowers arranged in clusters. They appear from June to September. The Himalayan indigo 'Silk Road' also has pinnate, medium green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and grows to around 1.5 metres wide.
