Description
With its fresh green leaf colouring, the Riesenblatt-Bambus (Indocalamus tessellatus) is a decorative design element in the garden, which can be used as a free-growing hedge with its bushy and runner-forming growth. It prefers sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected locations with humus-rich, loose soil. Under favourable conditions, this hardy bamboo reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows up to 80 cm wide.
