Description
The Sweet potato 'Erato® Violet' (Ipomoea batatas) is a climbing, creeping deciduous plant that produces white flowers. They appear from July to August. Purple, elongated tubers emerge from these from September. The Sweet potato 'Erato® Violet' also has heart-shaped, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide.
