Description
The Bokhara iris (Iris bucharica) is an upright, compact, rhizome-forming perennial that produces yellow-white flowers from April to May. Its leaves are medium green. In a sunny location, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 45 cm wide. The Bokhara iris makes no particular demands on the soil. The Bokhara iris is well tolerant of frost.
