Description
The Iris 'June Rose' (Iris x germanica) is an upright, rhizome-forming perennial that produces blue, purple, lilac, white, yellow or light pink, lip-shaped flowers from May to June. Its linear leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich, dry soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows approx. 40 cm wide. The Iris 'June Rose' is well tolerant of frost.
