Description
The Herzfrüchtige Walnuss (Juglans ailantifolia var. cordiformis) produces brown fruits. They are heart-shaped and have an aromatic, nutty flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous, undemanding soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest. The Herzfrüchtige Walnuss grows upright to a height of around 20 metres.
