Description
The Kugelfaden (Kadsura japonica) is a climbing, evergreen plant with decorative, dark red, round fruits. These exude a pleasant fragrance. It produces creamy white, cup-shaped flowers from July to September. The Kugelfaden also has shiny, broadly lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and grows to a width of around 3 metres.
