Description
The Mountain laurel 'Bandeau' (Kalmia latifolia) is an upright, broad shrub that produces red and white, cupped flowers arranged in umbels. They appear from May to June. The Mountain laurel 'Bandeau' also has shiny, lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
