Description
The Mountain laurel 'Heart of Fire' (Kalmia latifolia) is an upright, broad shrub that produces red and white flowers. They appear from May to June. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
