Description
The Mountain laurel 'Ginkona' (Kalmia latifolia) is a bushy, upright shrub that produces bicoloured, funnel-shaped flowers. They appear from May to June. The Mountain laurel 'Ginkona' also has lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows to approx. 1 m wide.
