Description
The Mountain laurel 'Peppermint' (Kalmia latifolia) is an upright, broad shrub that produces red and white, cupped flowers arranged in umbels. They appear in June. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1 metre and grows to around 1 metre wide.
