Description
The Bog kalmia (Kalmia polifolia) is a dwarf shrub that produces pink flowers. These appear from May to June. The Bog kalmia also has lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a semi-shaded position with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 50 cm and spreads to around 50 cm.
