Description
The Japanese rose 'Golden Guinea' (Kerria japonica) is an overhanging shrub that produces golden yellow, cup-shaped flowers. They appear from April to May. The Japanese rose 'Golden Guinea' also has egg-shaped, medium green leaves. Its bark is green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 2.5 metres.
