Description
The Field scabious (Knautia arvensis) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces blue-violet flowers from May to August. Its hairy, pinnate, whole-margined leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm.
