Description
The Common laburnum 'Sunspire' (Laburnum anagyroides) is an upright, funnel-shaped small tree or shrub with decorative, green-brown pods. It produces light yellow, butterfly-shaped flowers arranged in clusters from May to June. The Common laburnum 'Sunspire' also has hairy, three-celled, dark green leaves with light green markings. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 7 metres and is around 4 metres wide. The Common laburnum 'Sunspire' makes no particular demands on the soil.
