Description
The European larch (Larix decidua) is a large tree that grows in a conical shape and usually reaches a height of around 35 metres and a width of around 20 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are light green in colour. They turn a beautiful golden yellow in autumn. Decorative brown cones adorn Larix decidua from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position.
