Description
The Lavender 'Hidcote' (Lavandula angustifolia) is a bushy, compact, evergreen perennial that produces purple, rake-shaped flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance from June to July. Its lanceolate leaves are grey-green. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows to a width of approx. 40 cm. The Lavender 'Hidcote' is well tolerant of frost.
